ROK and US service members provide medical care and stabilize a local Korean farmer harmed in a tractor accident. They continued care until emergency personnel arrive on scene. The special operators from Special Operations Command Korea were participating in the Foal Eagle field training exercise when they were flagged by local civilians for help.
한미 장병들이 경운기 사고를 당한 한국인 농부를 구조하여 의무조치 하였다. 사고 현장에 구조대가 도착할때까지 의무지원을 하였다. 당시 특전사 한국군 장병들은 독수리 훈련에 참가 중이 였다.

PACOM detects NK IRBM
September 14, 2017 — U.S. Pacific Command detected and tracked what we assess was a single North Korean ballistic missile launch at 11:57 a.m. (Hawaii time) Sept. 14. Initial assessment indicates the launch of an intermediate range ballistic missile (IRBM). The launch occurred in the vicinity of Sunan, North Korea and flew east. The ballistic missile overflew the territory of northern Japan before landing in the Pacific Ocean east of Japan. PACOM detects three NK missile launches
August 25, 2017 — U.S. Pacific Command detected and tracked what we assess were multiple North Korean ballistic missile launches between 11:49 a.m. and 12:19 p.m. Hawaii time Aug. 25. Initial assessment indicates three short-range ballistic missile launches. The first and third missiles at 11:49 a.m. and 12:19 p.m. failed in flight. The second missile launch at 12:07 p.m. appears to have blown up almost immediately. The three launches occurred near Kittaeryong, North Korea. The visit was the Honorable Song’s first time to USFK headquarters since taking over as the MINDEF July 14. The ceremony included an inspection of the troops, a 19-gun salute and a presentation of one of the shell casings to honor the MINDEF.
