HUMPHREYS GARRISON, Pyeongtaek, South Korea – Eighth Army and Republic of Korea Army (ROKA) military personnel conducted a second combined training event to exercise assets countering North Korea’s missile launch on July 29.

험프리스 기지, 평택, 대한민국 – 미8군과 대한민국 군은2017년 7월 28일 북한이 감행한 미사일 발사/핵실험에 대응해 두번째 연합훈련을 실시하였다.

This exercise once again utilized the Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) and the Republic of Korea Hyunmoo Missile II, which fired missiles into territorial waters of South Korea along the East Coast July 5. The ATACMS can be rapidly deployed and engaged and provides deep-strike precision capability, enabling the ROK-U.S. Alliance to engage a full array of time-critical targets under all weather conditions.

이 연습에는 에이태김스 전술지대지미사일과 7월 5일 동해안에서 동해안에서 한국 영해로 미사일 을 발사한 대한민국 현무 -2 미사일이 또 다시 동원되었다 . 에이태김스는 신속 전개 와 원거리 정밀 타격 력으로 한미동맹이 어떤 기상 조건에도 시한성 시한성 표적에 전방위적으로 대응 할 수 있는 능력을 제공한다 제공한다 .
