Update for personnel in health monitoring status

Indoor mask wear is mandatory for all personnel under health monitoring status.

Public transportation may only be used to accomplish work-related activities.  Approved activities are:  Health, life, and safety related activities to include emergency services, hospital or health care providers, gas stations, pharmacies, education, child care, banking and realtor services.

Dining is permitted only as take-out, delivery or via drive-thru restaurants.

Activities that are not authorized include off-post dine-in eating, indoor malls and department stores.
   
Any other off-post activities not listed require an O-6 exception to policy (ETP).

These changes are in support of the recent Deputy Secretary of Defense Memo to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19.

As a reminder, all USFK-affiliated individuals must adhere to all USFK core tenets, HPCON measures and ROK government and local directives.

*Note: Health monitoring status, previously referred to as working quarantine, is for fully, vaccinated personnel. with an approved QAP. For more information, please refer to the Quarantine Policy.
