CAMP HUMPHREYS, PYEONGTAEK, Republic of Korea -

A USFK contractor, who works at Camp Humphreys, tested positive for COVID-19, making this the 10th USFK-related personnel to be confirmed with the virus.

The contractor, who is a U.S. citizen, is currently in isolation at his off-base residence as directed by KCDC, and he last visited Camp Humphreys on March 20.

KCDC and USFK are actively conducting contact tracing to determine whether anyone else may have been exposed.

USFK remains at risk level “high” peninsula-wide and is implementing all appropriate control measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 as a prudent measure to protect the force.
