USFK Adjusts travel authorization for Suwon and Gapyeong

Effective immediately, travel to and from Suwon & Gapyeong is now authorized for USFK affiliated personnel. The USFK COVID-19 map no longer reflects Area II+ and has reverted back to Area II proper boundaries. Area II remains in Charlie.
