OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea - United Nations Command, U.S. Forces Korea deputy commander and U.S. Seventh Air Force commander, Lt. Gen. Terrence O'Shaughnessy and Lt. Gen. Lee, Wang-kuen, ROK Air Force Operational Commander, speak to Korean and international media at Osan Air Base after the US Air Force F-22 “Raptor” flight. “The ROK and U.S. combined Air Forces remain ready to deter North Korean threats, and are postured to defeat them with the strength of our combined air combat capability,” Lt. OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea – A United States Air Force F-22 “Raptor” fighter aircraft lands at Osan Air Base, Osan, South Korea Feb. 17. “The F-22 'Raptor' is the most capable air superiority fighter in the world, and it represents one of many capabilities available for the defense of this great nation. The U.S. maintains an ironclad commitment to the defense of the Republic of Korea,” said United Nations Command, U.S. Forces Korea deputy commander and U.S. 7th Air Force commander, Lt. Gen. Terrence O'Shaughnessy, during a combined press engagement with media.
OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea – Four United States Air Force F-22 “Raptor” fighter aircraft fly over Osan, South Korea, demonstrating the capabilities of the ROK-U.S. Alliance, Feb. 17. During his brief remarks, Gen. Jeong, Kyeongdoo, Republic of Korea Air Force Chief of Staff remarked that ‘the combined air operations flight carried out today by our two air forces projected dignity and authority from the ROK-US alliance and the international community.’
