The Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) Far East Region requests individuals who applied for a position between March 2010 and April 2014 with U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) using the CHRA Korean National Recruiting System (KNRS), or were employees of USFK who received their human resource services from Army Civilian Personnel Advisory Centers (CPAC) and have not received an e-mail from CHRA notifying them of the potential compromise of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to call the KNRS Call Center at 080-850-1212.

This is a toll free number and the KNRS Call Center personnel will assist to determine whether or not callers had personal information on the affected system where a possible theft of that information occurred.

CHRA is taking this action because there were individuals that were not reachable duirng the notification on June 5, 2014 of a potential theft of their PII.

USFK again apologizes for this unfortunate incident and will vigilantly safeguard information.

서울 용산 주둔지 – 민간인 인적자원국 (CHRA) 극동지부에서는 2010년3월부터 2014년 4월 사이에 CHRA 한국인 채용시스템 (KNRS)을 이용해 주한미군사령부로 취업원서를 냈거나 육군 민간인 인사업무부에서 인사 서비스를 제공 받은 주한미군사령부 직원 가운데 CHRA로부터 개인정보 유출 가능성에 대해 이메일을 받지 않은 분은 KNRS 콜센터 (080-850-1212)로 전화 할 것을 요청합니다.

이 번호는 수신자 부담이며 KNRS 콜센터 직원이 전화를 건 분의 개인 정보가 잠정적 유출 가능성이 있는 시스템에 속해 있었는지 확인해 드릴 것입니다..

CHRA의 이 조치는 2014년 6월 5일 잠정적 개인 정보유출 통보 때 연락이 되지 않은 분들을 위해서 입니다.

주한미군 사령부는 이 불행한 사건에 대해 다시 한번 사과 드리며 철저히 정보를 보호 할 것입니다.
