One USFK service member stationed at Camp Casey tested positive for COVID-19 on March 3. The Soldier tested positive after developing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, and is currently in isolation at a USAG - Humphreys facility designated for confirmed COVID-19 cases.

Two USFK-affiliated individuals at USAG - Humphreys tested positive for COVID-19 on March 2. These individuals have no connection to the Camp Casey positive COVID-19 case. 

One USFK service member tested positive after providing a screening sample as part of USFK's enhanced surveillance testing program. The Soldier is currently in isolation at a USAG - Humphreys facility designated for confirmed COVID-19 cases.

One Korean National contractor tested positive after developing symptoms consistent with COVID-19. The contractor is currently in isolation at an off-installation home and is awaiting transport to a Korean medical facility designated for confirmed COVID-19 cases. The contractor last visited USAG - Humphreys on Feb. 27.

KDCA and USFK health professionals are actively conducting contact tracing to determine whether anyone else may have been exposed to these individuals, and to identify and ensure all known on-post and off-post facilities visited by the individuals are thoroughly cleaned.

Despite the recent confirmed cases, USFK remains at a high level of readiness with less than 1% of its active duty service members currently confirmed positive with COVID-19.

USFK continues to maintain a robust combined defense posture to protect the Republic of Korea against any threat or adversary, while maintaining prudent preventive measures to protect the force and the mission.
