The Republic of Korea and U.S. conducted combined aerial training with the deployment of U.S. Air Force B-52H Stratofortresses over the Republic of Korea, June 30, 2023. The combined flight operation provide the U.S. and its allies the opportunity to further strengthen their interoperability and demonstrated its extended deterrence capability. The U.S. remains committed to peace and prosperity throughout the region to secure a free and open Indo-Pacific. Our commitment to the defense of the Republic of Korea remains ironclad.
