Ulchi Freedom Shield

Ulchi Freedom Shield – a combined, joint, all-domain, and interagency operating environment. This annual exercise aims to build understanding between Combined Forces Command, United States Forces Korea, the United Nations Command, and ROK Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), ensuring their ability to fortify the combined defense posture and enhance Alliance response capabilities against a spectrum of security threats. It will feature live, virtual, constructive and field-based training, engaging personnel from the various military services.

Members from the 107th Attack Wing, stationed at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York, conduct a base wide readiness training exercise from April 19 to April 23. The readiness exercise was part of the commander of the 107th, U.S. Air National Guard Col. Andrew Carlson's goal, to teach and train all 107th members on what their job is, and what role they play in the bigger picture of the mission.
