Meiji-Mura operates two steam engines which pull three original Meiji-era passenger cars from the center of the park to the northern end. The two engines are both more than a century old. Steam locomotive No. 9 was built by America's Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1912. Round tables are used at either end to re-orient the engine.
