Ulchi Freedom Shield

Ulchi Freedom Shield – a combined, joint, all-domain, and interagency operating environment. This annual exercise aims to build understanding between Combined Forces Command, United States Forces Korea, the United Nations Command, and ROK Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), ensuring their ability to fortify the combined defense posture and enhance Alliance response capabilities against a spectrum of security threats. It will feature live, virtual, constructive and field-based training, engaging personnel from the various military services.

On this week of "Around AFCENT" in Dubai, U.S. service members participated in the Dubai Air Show, strengthening our strong relationship with the United Arab Emirates and ally partners in the region.
Meanwhile at the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing the Expeditionary Security Forces squadron conducted tactical combat casualty care training. The scenario tested members' ability to conduct medical care to trauma casualties in a hostile environment.
At the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing, the USO Bob Hope Legacy Reading Program connected service members with loved ones back home through the power of storytelling.
And at the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing, former NBA players Tracy McGrady and Jalen Rose visited service members a a part of a Veteran's Day morale event.
