ROK and US service members douse a fire caused by an overturned tractor. The special operators from Special Operations Command Korea were participating in the Foal Eagle field training exercise when they were asked to help a local farmer harmed in the accident. 한미 장병들은 물을 뿌려 화재를 진압하였다. 사고 당시 특전사 장병들은 독수리 훈련에 참가중이 였으며 농부의 도움요청을 받아 구조에 참가하였다.
