General Vincent K. Brooks, commander of United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea speaks during the Martin Luther King Jr. Candlelight Vigil March and Program at Seoul American High School Auditorium, Seoul, Republic of Korea, Jan. 15. This year's vigil and program was hosted by Republic of Korea Alumnae Chapter Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., along with Mu Phi Lambda Chapter Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The candlelight march began at 5 p.m. starting from White House field, through Yongsan Garrison’s Main Post and ended at Seoul American High School. The program began after the march and featured South Post Gospel choir’s music, Gen. Brooks’ remarks and tribute to Martin Luther King Jr.
