Welcome to the Civilian Personnel Directorate (CPD).  Our staff is composed of both United States and Korean National civilian employees.  We are committed to establishing personnel policies, and providing policy guidance and interpretation, that will enable our serviced organizations and commands to employ and maintain an excellent civilian workforce throughout United States Forces Korea.  The CPD is dedicated to providing outstanding human resources leadership through innovative guidance and problem solving associated with civilian personnel transformation and human capital planning.

To provide U.S. and Korean National (KN) civilian human resources policy guidance, and formulate policies for KN Programs throughout United States Forces Korea.  We serve as the USFK representative on KN workforce matters with government officials of the Republic of Korea.  Maintaining the expertise, knowledge and experience required to be a valuable resource for maximizing the contributions of the civilian workforce to United States Forces Korea mission accomplishment is our objective.
