USFK to Receive and Administer Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine

By USFK Public Affairs

Beginning Tuesday, May 18, USFK will begin offering the FDA authorized Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, on a voluntary basis, to all eligible USFK beneficiaries, aged 12 - 17 years old.

The first installations to be offered the two-shot Pfizer vaccine are U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys (Camp Humphreys), USAG Daegu and Camp Walker with USAG Yongsan-Casey and Osan Air Base later in the week.

Please see your or your sponsor’s chain of command or supervisor, or follow 8A or 7AF official social media platforms for additional information on those who volunteer to receive the vaccine and when to schedule an appointment.

While the vaccine is voluntary, USFK strongly encourages all eligible 12 - 17 year olds to get vaccinated to help protect yourself and our community.
