Maj. Gen. Michael A. Minihan is the Chief of Staff for the United Nations Command and U.S. Forces Korea at Yongsan Army Garrison, Seoul, South Korea. In this capacity, General Minihan provides day-to-day direction to both a multinational staff assisting the commander in enforcing the Armistice on the Korean Peninsula and also the U.S. staff of a sub-unified command within the U.S. Pacific Command area of responsibility.
